New Smoothie Recipe
I am always experimenting with different smoothie combinations to keep my breakfast fresh. Though we are now in the Autumn season, this smoothie tastes like summer— almost like a blue Jolly Rancher. It is super quick and easy to make, even on busy mornings. I use frozen fruit because it is easier to store, but feel free to use fresh if you have some on hand.
All you need is:
- Orange Juice (around 1 cup)
- Frozen Peaches (about 1 peach)
- Frozen Blueberries (about 1/2 – 1 cup)
- A Blender
I eyeball my ingredients and throw them into my Ninja single serve blender. This recipe makes about 2 servings. Combine your ingredients and blend for about 1 minute or until desired consistency. Add more orange juice as needed if your mixture is too thick.
