My Top 10 Favorite Movie Actors

My Favorite Movie / TV Actors

Sometimes seeing an actor on a cast list is enough to convince me to invest in a movie. There are just some people that are captivating on screen and can be counted on to give a phenomenal performance in any role.

  • Josh Hutcherson

Josh Hutcherson has been my favorite actor since I was a child. Even before starring in The Hunger Games franchise, I enjoyed watching Journey to the Center of the Earth, Firehouse Dog, and his other lighthearted movies.

  • Sandra Bullock

The Proposal, Two Weeks Notice, and Bird Box are some of my favorite movies that Sandra Bullock has starred in. It is not a coincidence that she has become such a prominent actress. Whenever she is on screen, you forget that you are watching a movie.

  • Tom Holland

Tom Holland’s role as the MCU’s Spider-Man gained him a lot of recognition, but he is still fantastic in his other roles. Movies like Onward and Chaos Walking are a couple of my favorites.

  • Robert Downey Jr.

It is impossible to find someone who does not know who Robert Downey Jr. is. From his role as Tony Start in the Avengers franchise to more serious roles in Zodiac and Chaplin, he makes it impossible to imagine any other actor portraying his characters.

  • Robin Williams

The late Robin Williams was one of my favorite actors as a kid. His movies were all fun and family friendly. From RV to Night at the Museum and Aladdin, he starred in many of my childhood favorites.

  • Ryan Reynolds

Admittedly I have not seen many films that Ryan Reynolds has starred in. I have watched Free Guy, The Proposal, Just Friends, and Green Lantern and liked watching them all. His movies are great for a relaxing Saturday night at home.

  • Emma Stone

Emma Stone is entertaining to watch, even in her interviews. I loved her performance as Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-Man series.

  • Tim Allen

Tim Allen is another one of my childhood favorites. From Wild Hogs, to The Santa Clause, and even Toy Story, Tim Allen was everywhere.

  • Drew Barrymore

Drew Barrymore comes across so genuine on screen, particularly in movies like Blended and 50 First Dates.

  • Adam Sandler

Movies like Grown Ups and Big Daddy are still some of my go-tos when I am looking for a good laugh after a long day.
