Kind spoken words
demand to be heard.
If you find it in your heart
to put them to use,
be positive they are true.
Emotions are not tools.
Feelings are not toys.
Do not break someone down-
never use pain for joy.
To lead someone on
is to lead them straight to heartbreak.
For the crucial human organ,
there is far too much at stake.
Be honest.
Be caring.
Fight to stay
on the right side.
We are all here
along for the ride
together in this life.
