Apologize,
not with expectations,
but with a full heart.
Words mean nothing
when they are devoid of emotion.
Ignore your mind’s commotion
and put the speech in motion.
Do not manipulate.
Do not lie.
It will all catch up with you–
all in due time.
Keep your intentions pure
and you will have no cause
for concern
of karma’s backhand swing.
